Packaging Analysis & Testing
Genesis Engineering provides in-plant package analysis and testing
services for raw materials, finished products, and unit loads.
These testing services help to generate solutions for companies seeking to reduce product/package
container costs, improve performance and quality,
identify specific distribution environment dynamics, and address specific package concerns.
Genesis engineers work closely with our customer’s Packaging, Engineering, and Operations groups to:
- Provide initial product and package assessment
- Develop customer specific test procedures
- Conduct product testing in the customer’s plant, including vibration analysis, run tests, and stack tests
- Arrange shipping tests from the customer’s (or other’s) site
- Provide post-test product and package assessment
- Provide a detailed test report with supporting technical data, digital photographs and video, along with conclusions and recommendations.
Package testing has proven to be a valuable tool for feasibility analysis, scope development,
and budget justification.
